Lead time will be confirmed at the time of the order. Lead times are manufacturing days and do not include shipping to customer from our D.C.

Minimum Order: –

Minimum orders must be 50 Pcs in one color each article.

Acceptable Artwork Formats: –

We accept print ready files in the following formats: AI, PSD, TIFF, and EPS. – Files that require digitization will incur graphic handling charges at the standard graphic design rate of $50 per hour with a minimum charge of one hour. – EPS files: All text in EPS files should be converted to outlines and links should be embedded. -PSD files: Layers should be flattened. -Please remove any overprints within your file; these will drop out when printed. -PDF files will be converted to AI; we are not liable for any errors during conversion. -We DO NOT accept: Microsoft Office or In Design files containing artwork.

Graphic Design Services: –

4B FITNESS reserves the right to adjust the size of the customization proportionally to garment size.

Roster and Artwork Approval: –

For Sublimation/digital printing orders, 4B FITNESS will send an e-mail with order acknowledgement and proof of the order. -Customer must review the order, proof for accuracy, and approve for production. -All information on the proof and roster will be considered correct after approval is received. -4B FITNESS will acknowledge receipt of approval and confirm lead times. -Production and lead time will not begin until a written artwork and roster approval is received by 4B FITNESS. -No changes to an order will be accepted after artwork and roster approval is received; any requested changes needed will have to be submitted as a new order

Shortages/Claims: –

Any claims or shortages with your order must be reported within 2 weeks of receipt of goods.

Order Cancellation: –

No cancellations or changes are accepted after the order is approved for Production.

Color Guidance: –

Scientifically it is not possible to achieve a perfect color match from one garment to another. Therefore, we cannot guarantee a perfect match from order to order or from one fabric to another. If your job is color sensitive, please contact us for information on color matching. We are not responsible for unsatisfactory color results.

Care instructions: –

Launder uniforms immediately after each wearing. Do not dry clean any Uniforms. Do not wash in hot water always use cold water; Do not use chlorine bleach or any form of bleaching agent/Whitener or Brightener; Do not use fabric Softener or laundry booster, Do not wash light and dark colors together; For best result, we recommend to hung the uniforms to dip dry but protect from sun light. Do not dry on HIGH heat. 4B FITNESS is not responsible to damage to apparel as a result of improper care – Excessive heat or extended dryer time may cause fabric shrinkage that may alter the size of uniforms and color change.

PAYMENT POLICIES:-

Company’s policy is to receive ADVANCE PAYMENT or L/C at Sight. But be noted that, orders below than US$ 25,000 will always be advance payment to avoid extra charges from both sides.

We are always ready to produce new products according to modern techniques and our client’s requirements. So you can forward us your master samples or drawings enabling us to make goods according to your demand or designs. Customer specified design will always be secret & confidential.
